I’ve been following your blog (via LinkedIn) for a while…good job. ZMOT is the future of online shopping, no doubt. Does Google have a vested interest in this…probably, but who cares, as long as we all make money right!

Thanks Eugene, love your info. Down-under (that’s Australia for you Yankees), online shopping is relying heavily on reviews. Before you buy, see what other people like you are saying. Warning to merchandisers…weak products will fail…the people are gaining the upper hand!

Who looks at the reviews? Do you just let reviews go through? What control do have as the selling site?

Hello Fernando. Contact BazaarVoice from their web site: http://www.bazaarvoice.com/. They have a strong presence in Europe.

Hello Sam, BV moderates the reviews according to moderation guideline you supply. Reviews goes through 4 moderation steps…3 of those are ‘human eyes’. Pretty cool, especially if if you are concerned about what will be posted.
