For this class project, you will complete a Lean Business Canvas Model for their company (real or fictitious). The Lean Business Model Canvas is an actionable and entrepreneur-focused compact business plan. We’ll start by defining exactly what a business model is and its importance. Then, we’ll define ‘lean’ and how to create more value for customers with fewer resources. We’ll then focus on the 9 areas covered by the plan and this will be a great starting point for your Ecommerce business… on your way to making the cash register ring!
Through a systematic approach, e-commerce can be both fun and profitable. With a little planning, a lot of effort in the beginning stages, e-commerce can be very fulfilling. If you are starting a new business, you know it’s going to cost money, you know it’s going to take hard work and the whole experience can be very rewarding. You know this going in, so let’s try to make it as painless as possible.
